Is there a fireplace?
Most units do have a gas or wood-burning fireplace. However, owners prefer you to use presto logs for wood-burning fireplaces.
Is there a telephone?
There are a few units that have a telephone for local calls only. A payphone is located near our office for long distance calls.
Where is the hot tub?
Many of the properties do not come with hot tubs; however, we do have several with private hot tubs available.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, at this time none of our units allow pets. There are a couple of private rooms at The Double Diamond Hostel which allow pets.
Can I Smoke?
No units permit smoking inside, however, many have a deck or porch where you can puff away.
Is there a booking Deposit?
Yes, a booking deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus taxes is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival. Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express or JCB.
Do you accept groups?
Yes and we do have group rates. Please call us for specifics and we can set a package designed specifically for your group.
What are the rates for lift tickets?
We offer discounted full day lift ticket vouchers during value and regular season when you book your accommodations with us. Apex Mountain Resort also offers discounts on lift tickets for groups (20+) and seasons pass holders at some other resorts.
